A vibrant, four piece, Indie rock band, with a touch of old school r’n’b mixed in for good measure. Sirpico, from the South Coast of England, released their debut album named, To Be Frank… last year. The album was a few years in the making, but was finally set free and received great reviews.
Since the release of To Be Frank… the band have been working hard on follow up material.
One of a few new tracks, and one that really stood out is the song ‘People’. This was released as a live single/video in conjunction with Vocalzone. The band are endorsed by this great company, and it was so much fun shooting the video together. The original release clocked up over 10k views. Go check it out on our music/video page.
Sirpico’s latest single is ‘Jamie Lee’ which is available to stream on the home page. The video for the song is also on the music/video page. Since its release in 2019, this single has gone from strength to strength being played as a record of the week on ‘Mod Radio’ and a feature track on BBC Radio Solent. The band are currently in the studio recording their next two singles, hoping to be ready for release in late 2020.
With the band selling out their first show of the year for ‘Live and Unheard’ at the Poole Lighthouse in January, and already gathering quite a following, they are definitely one to keep an eye on this year.
